I build e-commerce websites that actually convert.

I build e-commerce websites that actually convert.

Builder at heart. Optimizer by nature.
Helping founders turn friction into revenue.

I’m Ran Kramer.

I started as a designer in a studio, then moved into working with tech startups. I built products, landing pages, full brand systems. Clean layouts. Structured thinking. Good work.

But something felt distant.

Then I found e-commerce.

It was different. Immediate. Measurable.

You change a headline, conversion moves.
You simplify a section, bounce rate drops.
You fix one small friction point, revenue shifts.

That feedback loop hooked me.

Since then, I’ve worked across Shopify builds, product photography, landing pages, and full store restructures. Not just making things look better, but making them work better.

What I enjoy most isn’t redesigning for aesthetics. It’s spotting the small thing that feels slightly off. The unclear message. The hidden friction. The missing reassurance. Then fixing it and watching the numbers respond.

If you’re building something real and you care about performance, not just appearance, that’s where I come in.

FAQs

Answers to common questions to help you understand the process and how we can work together

What kind of brands do you typically work with?

I work primarily with e-commerce founders and digital product teams who already have traction but know their website isn’t performing at its full potential. If you’re getting traffic but conversions feel stuck, messaging feels unclear, or the experience feels messy — that’s usually where I step in. I’m not the right fit for early experiments. I’m a strong fit for brands ready to optimize and scale.

Do you only design, or do you also focus on strategy and conversion?
